How to Win 

Everyone who contacts us during our International Jazz Day- 2021 by an online donation is automatically entered in the drawing to win a foursome of golf at the House of Music Golf Tournament on May 19th at the Rancho Bernardo Inn Spa and Golf Resort ($800 value). Here's more information.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 or older to enter and win this prize. People who are employees of KSDS, City College, or The San Diego Community College District and its related organizations, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to win. The contest is open to any United States resident. Void where prohibited by law.

Selection and Notification of Winners

All entries will be loaded into an Excel spreadsheet and each entry will be numbered. A random number generator will then be used to select the winning contestant. The winner may be notified by email, telephone, or in writing. If announced winner is unable to collect a prize, or if KSDS is not able to contact the winner within 8 weeks of the announcement of the winner, the prize will be re-awarded to a secondary finalist chosen in the same manner from of remaining original entries. The winner must provide identification and sign a release and a receipt for the prize awarded.

General

Participants agree to the Official Rules, and that KSDS, SDCCD, and related organizations, and their agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the contest. Participants also agree to grant KSDS Radio the right to use their name, image, or other likeness without further compensation for advertising, fundraising or promotional purposes. 

Taxes and other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

In the unexpected event that an inadvertent error occurs during the conduct of a contest or sweepstakes the entrants agree, by virtue of the entry, that KSDS is to be held harmless with the understanding that  the contest has been organized, conducted and prizes awarded in good faith.

All entries become the property of KSDS Radio and may be read on the air or published in print or electronic form. Entrants agree that their names may be used in association with their submissions.

Privacy

Information provided on all entries may be used for future marketing efforts by KSDS Radio unless contestant indicates otherwise on their submission.

Terms and Conditions

Odds of winning dependent on number of entries. The dates for the prize(s) are fixed and may not be changed. Names of the winner(s) may be obtained by 619-388-3760.
