April Pendergraft

April has music in her veins.  As a teenager working at a card shop she first heard a compilation CD featuring some great ladies of Jazz and fell in love with Dinah, Sarah, Billie, and Nina.  Thanks to Jazz88.3 she has learned even more about the various genres within Jazz. April worked in all aspects of fundraising for nonprofits over the years, including the Humane Society and for child abuse prevention. As Membership Director, she takes great joy in empowering listeners to support the music in which they believe.  And she truly enjoys learning from the Jazz Buffs who are our members!.
