Sue Palmer

Sue Palmer has been making her mark for decades with her own high energy band, the Motel Swing Orchestra. She has performed with many of the legends of the boogie genre and many awards, including the International Blues Challenge in Memphis. Her boogie-woogie piano style has proven irresistible to audiences worldwide. She's a lifelong San Diegan with a love for jazz and blues that was fostered by her musical family. After years of being a musical friend to Jazz 88.3, she's now our host for San Diego Sessions, and shares her deep knowledge of the local scene to the radio.
